About Me

Using a cognitive behavioral and relational approach to counseling, I view each client as a uniquely made individual. I believe that counseling often requires a holistic approach that pays attention to the psychological, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational well-being of the person.  My heart's desire is to allow Christ to offer complete wholeness and healing to hurting people.

In addition to counseling, I love reading literature and studying psychological theories, spending time on or near fresh and saltwater alternating between a fishing pole or a book in hand, followed by a hike through the woods. My husband and I have also undertaken renovating a 70 year old country house and developing a hobby farm where we can share our love of nature and gardening with our two sons.
