People are designed to grow in and through relationships. Growing, however, can often be intimidating and difficult. My goal is to support you on this journey by fortifying your strengths, hearing you with compassion, and encouraging your healing. Though the process can be challenging, seeing yourself adapt, become, and eventually flourish is truly beautiful. Every individual is unique, so I will collaborate with you to find how the counseling process can best serve you as you journey onward.

In my time away from the office I enjoy spending time with family and friends, woodworking, puttering in my gardening, and reading.
